Abstract
Marion Farnham (1887-1983) was an art professor at West Chester University from 1923-1952. Miss Farnham aided in the production of the Serpentine Yearbooks, as a result this collection contains yearbooks autographed by students and faculty members.
Biographical or Historical Information
Marion Farnham (1887-1983) was a beloved member of the then West Chester State Teachers College faculty. She was welcomed to the Art Department in 1923 and was made head of the department in 1929, where she remained until her retirement in 1952. Miss Farnham assisted with the production of the Serpentine Yearbooks from 1930-1934 and the 1932 Serpentine was dedicated in her honor.Note written by Taylor L. Getty
