The reason(s) for establishing the University Forum was to provide a role for underrepresented groups in the communication process and to provide a means for the University Community to discuss campus-wide concerns. Members of the Forum were (and continue to be) a mixture of faculty, staff, students, and management. There’s also an Executive Committee. The University Forum at West Chester University is now known as the Innovation in Diversity and Inclusion Grants Council.
