The West Chester University Graduate School and Continuing Education Collection is divided into 4 series: Correspondence, Departmental Materials, Publications, and Community School.

Series 3 Publications consists of a report on graduate programs, handbooks, and newsletters, such as the Graduate Student Association (GSA) newsletter and the Advanced Studies, Research News and Notes newsletter.
Series 4 Community School includes reports on the Community School Health Education workshop and documents and promotional materials related to the Community Music School.
