The West Chester University Office of Development Collection is comprised of 4 series: Administrative Materials, , Promotional Materials, Fundraising and Financial Planning, and Scholarships.
Series 1 Administrative Materials includes correspondence between employees, editorial notes on publications, performance audits, and policies about the Office of Development and how it operated.
Series 2 Promotional Materials includes brochures, correspondence about events, newsletters, and programs about the Office of Development and the WCU Foundation.
Series 3 Fundraising and Financial Planning is comprised of materials about fundraising campaigns, reports, appeals, fundraising analysis and projection, and financial planning booklets.
Series 4 Scholarships features materials for various scholarships available to students at West Chester University. This includes information about the J. Peter Adler Prize for Excellence, Faculty Scholarship Fund, the W. Glenn Killinger Scholarship, the Scholarship Community Gala event, the Swope Memorial Foundation scholarship, and more. A portion of this collection is restricted due to the Family Education Rights and Protection Act (FERPA).
