H. LaRue Frain Collection

Overview Hummel LaRue Frain (1896-1965) was born in Union Deposit, PA. He attended the Pierce Business School in Philadelphia and then the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his MA and PhD degrees. Dr. Frain was a professor of finance and economics for nearly forty years. This collection contains the administrative papers of H. LaRue Frain, Interim President of West Chester State Teachers College, 1959-60.

Abstract Robert B. Gordon (1901-1981) was born in Erie, Pennsylvania. After a short career as an optician and optometrist, he returned to The Ohio State University and earned a Ph.
